Transfers and applying while studying at an international university

Students who wish to spend some time of their university course in a different country are offered a range of opportunities, including the Erasmus programme, inter-campus exchanges or participation in University-wide exchange programmes. If you do your reassessments in the NAY, then the next available opportunity for you to graduate will be the following July. If you are taking resits, the resit mark will stand, even if it is lower than your first attempt at the module. You should think carefully about resitting a module which you could carry forward, as you could end up failing if you do worse. The University recognises that the Extended Project Qualification will provide an applicant with the opportunity to develop research and academic skills relevant for study at the University of Liverpool. I have an offer, can i change to a different course?
Students that want to, and are allowed to, bring their dependants need to be able to financially support them for the duration of their stay whereby the UKVI stipulates specific maintenance fees for each dependant. If you intend to bring your dependants you need to speak to us as you need to prepare for this well in advance. Students can apply for an xcritical certificate up to 6 months in advance of the beginning of their course.
Our English Language requirements are listed as IELTS scores but we accept the wide range of other English language tests shown below. Please note that the English language test you take does not need to be listed on the Home Office SELT list as this only applies for students who want to study a course below degree level. Candidates are asked to enter all their scores for any tests taken when they complete their UCAS application, showing the relevant dates for each. This gives tutors a complete picture of a candidate’s academic record, rather than just the ‘superscore’ of best results for the different sections of any test taken on multiple occasions. International student experiences
Each dependant will need to complete a separateonline application. The visa costs for dependants is the same as it costs for your main Student visa application. The Research Office will inform you if you need an xcritical certificate. UKVI will only refund your surcharge payment if your visa application is refused, as well as any appeals or reviews. You will receive a partial refund if you have paid more than what was necessary. Can visa be rejected after CAS?
It is unlikely that we will issue a new CAS if we believe a further application will also be refused. If your visa has been refused because of credibility, we usually recommend that you submit an administrative review to get the decision overturned rather than issuing you with a new CAS to make a fresh application.
For most students this will be the next Part of their programme but if you are taking reassessment with attendance in Semester 2 only, you will be issued with a new CAS to return for Semester 2. A retake requires attendance at classes, completion of all elements of assessment for the module and payment of additional tuition fees on a pro rata basis. Permission to retake will be approved by the relevant Examination Board. For MBBS and BDS students, permission to retake will normally require you to retake the entire developmental year rather than just the modules that you have failed.
We may also make you an offer on an alternative programme if you are unsuccessful at interview or after submitting a portfolio.
